Itinerary
in details
Day 1: Arrival in Hurghada
Arrival in Hurghada, where your guide will meet and assist you. Transfer to the hotel and overnight.
Day 2: Hurghada - Luxor
Transfer of approximately 3.5 hours. Upon your arrival in Luxor, enjoy your first meal on board of the boat. In the afternoon, you can visit the Karnak Temple and the Luxor Temple. Dining and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 3: Luxor - Esna - Edfu
After breakfast, you will visit the Valley of the Kings, the Queen Hatschepsut Temple and the Memmon colossus. In the afternoon, you will sail to Edfu, via Esna. Meals and night on board.
Day 4: Edfu - Kom Ombo
You are in Edfu today. In the morning you will visit the Temple of the King of the Sun Horus. Then, once arrived in Kom Ombo, you will discover its Temple. Navigation proceeds then in direction of Aswan. Meal and night on board.
Day 5: Aswan
With a small motorboat, you will visit the Philae Temple, dedicated to the Queen Isis. Then you will proceed to the Aswan high dam and the unfinished Obelisk. In the afternoon, a romantic walk on the Nile on board of a felucca awaits you. In the evening you have the possibility of seeing the light and sound show at the Philae Temple. Meals and night on board.
Day 6: Aswan - Abu Simbel
Disembarkation in Aswan and transfer to the hotel. You can plan this day freely: or you visit the famous souks of Aswan or you take part in an excursion to Abu Simbel, where the imposing Temples of Ramses II and of its spouse Nefertari are. Night in the hotel in Aswan.
Day 7: Aswan - Luxor
Early in the morning, departure by private minibus to Luxor. Free afternoon in Luxor. Night in the hotel in Luxor.
Day 8: Luxor - Hurghada
After breakfast, transfer to the hotel in Hurghada.
Day 9-14: Beach holiday in Hurghada
Free stay.
Day 15: Departure from Hurghada
Transfer from your hotel to the airport in Hurghada and return flight.
