4 Day Tour of Siwa or “the Wonders of Siwa Tour

During the past ten years or so, or even earlier, visiting the Oasis of the Western Desert of Egypt has become favorable among many groups of tourists who visit the country.
Many hidden treasures to explore, a distinctive marvelous atmosphere that a traveler can never find anywhere else in the world, and the Bedouin community of Egypt, the category of the population that is most significant for preserving their customs and traditions, are the matchless characteristics of a tour in Siwa.
Siwa is one of the most fascinating and isolated Oasis in Egypt. Being practically nearer to the Libyan borders than it is to the heart of Egypt gives Siwa some magic that no one can interpret except when he visits the oasis.
This was where Alexander the Great traveled to the Temple of the Oracle to gain legitimacy for his ruling over Egypt in the 4th century BC.
Being far from any other cities in Egypt enabled the Bedouin tribes living in Siwa to guard their traditions that still amaze many of the visitors of the oasis.
This is the besides the fact that Siwa and the Siwans are not yet influenced by the modern life that is spread anywhere else in the world.
Going on a trip to Siwa takes the guests in magical journey as if they have traveled out of the planet Earth. There are many remarkable monuments to be explored like the Temple of Alexander the Great and the Mountain of the Dead.
The best feature of this travel package that would be a perfect choice for families, couples, and adventurers is that it would enable the guests to go on an exciting trip that is full of enjoyment and in the same time take advantage of all the services and facilities in modern Class A hotels.

Cities Visited in this travel package :

Cairo: Cairo is the capital of Egypt and the most important city in the land of the Nile. Greater Cairo, being the largest city in Africa, hosts more than 25% of the whole population of Egypt with around 20 million inhabitants. The city was very first established by Al Mui'z Le Din Allah, the famous Fatimid ruler, in 969 AD. Cairo is located on the River Nile around 200 kilometers to the South of the Mediterranean Sea. The city is famous for hosting the richest mixture of monuments consisting of many Pharaonic, Christian, and Islamic monuments dating from ancient times and until today.

Siwa: Siwa, located 550 kilometers to the North West of Cairo, despite being located more than 190 kilometers to the South of the Matruoh Government, the Siwa Oasis actually follows it from the administrational aspect. The oasis is located 300 kilometers to the south of the Mediterranean Sea and to the Northern east of the city of Marsa Matruoh. The climate of Siwa is considered to be continental being cold in the winter and hot in the summer. The moderate weather of Siwa in the spring and autumn makes this time of the year the best for visiting the oasis. When Alexander the great took control of Egypt, he thought that he wanted to visit the worldwide famous temple of the oracle of Amun which is located near Siwa. In 331 Ad Alexandra the great left Alexandria and headed towards the direction of Marsa Matruoh and then to the north and reached Siwa where he was claimed the King of Egypt and the son of the local God Amun of Siwa. Other than hosting the most distinctive community in all the districts of Egypt, the Siwa Oasis has many attractions including the temple of the Oracle, the ancient city of Shali, and tombs located in the mountain of the dead. Siwa is also famous for its many natural water springs and baths with the Cleopatra bath as the most famous and popular among them.
